What payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit cards online. For mail and/or phone orders, we also will accept money orders, checks, and cash. (Checks may require up to 14 days to clear prior to shipping). All orders by mail should be mailed to the address on our contact page.

Do you guarantee your products?

We offer a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If you are ever unhappy with a purchase for any reason you may return the item for a full and complete refund of the price you paid. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. After 30 days please contact us before returning any item.

Do you do international shipping and how much is the charge?

We ship orders worldwide except to Italy. For international shipping charges please contact us prior to submitting your order and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • 1 CD = $3.00
  • 2 CDS  $4.00
  • 3 CDS  $5.00
  • 4 OR MORE CDS = SHIPPING IS FREE
    (Orders under 1 pound are shipped by first class mail)
    (The above charges also apply to 45 RPM records)

  • 1 LP = $4.00
  • 2 LPS  $5.00
  • 3 LPS  $6.00
  • 4 OR MORE LPS = SHIPPING IS FREE
    (All LPs are shipped by media mail)

Do you offer quantity discounts?

In addition to offering free shipping on quantity purchases, most orders of 6 or more CDs will also qualify for a discount. Please send us a list of the titles you are interested in and we will be happy to provide you a quote.
